„Can Forest Bathing really strengthen our immune system and reduce stress levels?“ asks editor and presenter Eva Walig delves deep into the world of forest bathing with IWSI forest health expert Dr. Melanie H. Adamek and forest therapist Sabine Oberg in the TV report München tut gut (Munich benefits you).
Together they explore whether spending time in foresta can actually reduce stress levels and strengthen the immune system. Eva visibly enjoyed the various impulses and exercises which showed how to better engage with the forest and its healing atmosphere. Her conclusion: „Definitely a special nature experience that is good for our body, mind and soul.“
For all those who would like to try it out on their own, we have some special recommendations for discovering the healing power and magic of the forest for themselves here.
